Other / mixed status (◆) — confirmed in County records but not an active lot split (e.g., a voided SB 1123 application, unit-stacking via duplexes + ADUs, or a precursor "future SB 1123" filing such as a Certificate of Compliance).
At-risk / watch (●) — a burned lot flagged as vulnerable to subdivision (resident-reported or fitting the SB 1123 profile), but not yet confirmed in County records.
